This Privacy Policy explains how ListDuel, an Android application developed by Jogurt Apps, handles information when you use the app.
Information We Collect
ListDuel does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
Jogurt Apps does not collect or receive the lists you create, the choices you make, your comparison history, or your ranking results. The app does not currently use advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services.
Information Stored on Your Device
Your lists, comparisons, ranking progress, results, preferences, and appearance settings are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device.
If you import a text or CSV file, ListDuel accesses only the file you select through Android's file picker. Its contents are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to Jogurt Apps.
Google Play Purchases
ListDuel may offer an optional, one-time Full Version purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play using the Google Play Billing system. Jogurt Apps does not receive or store your payment-card information.
The app may receive purchase status information from Google Play so that it can unlock purchased features and restore access after a reinstall or device change. Google processes purchase information according to its own Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
Jogurt Apps does not sell, rent, or share your lists, comparisons, ranking results, or personal information with advertisers or other third parties.
Google Play separately processes information necessary to complete and manage purchases made through its billing system.
Data Retention and Deletion
Ranking data remains on your device until you delete the applicable ranking, clear ListDuel's application data, or uninstall the app.
Because Jogurt Apps does not receive or store this ranking data, Jogurt Apps cannot remotely access, recover, or delete it.
Google may retain purchase records under its own policies. Those records allow Google Play to confirm and restore a Full Version purchase.
Data Security
ListDuel stores its data within Android's private application storage. As with any locally stored information, you should protect access to your device and keep its operating system up to date.
Children's Privacy
ListDuel is not directed to children under 13. Jogurt Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if ListDuel's features or data practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
